Oia Mare Villas (Adults Only) - Oia (Santorini)

Totally recommend for a brief stop-in

Beautiful view, spacious room, including a lovely outdoor hot tub that was perfect, and the delicious breakfast provided a great variety of options each morning.

Very very disappointed with the booking. We did not get the 2 bedrooms suite as reserved. We were given 2 separate rooms instead and told that this is for our benefit without prior discussion! It turns out to be 2 small rooms with more steps and separated from our kids! The hotel manager said there are no such thing as 2 bedroom suites which is contratry to the advertisement on Booked.net. When we showed our booking confirmation, only then we were showed a bigger and nicer room where all four of us could have stayed but this has been reserved for someone else coming later in the day! Because we have paid before reaching the hotel it was inconvenient to make changes hence we had no choice but stayed in the allocated rooms. Service was very bad and the hotel manager was indifferent and rude! She can be heard talking loudly even at night which I think is uncouth. Even for a fit person the numerous steps can be very challenging, not suitable for a restful holiday. Hotel is basic and definately not a 4 star accomodation. Will return to beautiful Santorini, but will never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The location was outstanding! It was Oia overlooking the water. Our room had the perfect view. Also the pool was nice for our teenagers. The room was quite roomy for the four of us and extremely clean. The staff was very helpful. We took the hotel up on the transfer from the airport and that was worth the cost. It was about a 10 - 15 minute walk and about 300 stairs so it was nice to have them take the bags right to the room and show us how to get there as well.

The view from the hotel is fantastic and the sunsets unforgettable. I have been to Santorini 4 times and stayed at the Oia mare villas the last 2 times.The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a Greek touch. It's amazing how comfortable and welcome you feel there. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. everything you would imagine! The balconies were super spacious. I was out there all day reading and relaxing. A boutique hotel overlooking one of the best wonders of nature on this planet. What more can a holidaymaker ask? And all this comes at a very reasonable price! Without Oia mare villas, my trip to santorini would not have been complete. I've been telling all of my friends to stay here.

It had the most magificent view, sunset, sunset,sunset. Our suite was perfect (clean and spacious ) and the views....., well, they're incomparable. It was just like it looks on the webpage photos , only the scenery was 100 times better as we were there.......And it's more central to everything: the museums, shops, fabulous beaches, traditional villages, sigalas winery in oia, and the volcano trip starts right under the hotel (amoudi fishing port).The bus terminal/taxi station is only a few-minutes walk away. Overall It was a wonderful stay. .

the trek to get breakfast was a bit much, but the views from our room were insane. the pool area was super relaxing with beautiful surroundings. also, loved relaxing in the hot tub after exploring all day. definitely a great place!

The jacuzzi on the terrace was a game changer! The sunset views from our room were amazing. Can't forget the beautiful pool area for chilling out. The cozy rooftop terrace was perfect for catching sunsets too!

The location and view are the best in Santorini.

It is a beautiful hotel, the price is cheap but when we arrive, the room and the view is amazing... you pay the cheap price, and u get your own terrace, when the tourist all squeeze in the platform trying to get a nice place to see the sunset, you can just lay on the deck in your own terrace and have a glass of wine with the beautiful sunset. I definitely will go second time. BTW the breakfast buffet was delicious, with ham, cheese, eggs, bacon, tomato, yogurt... lots of choices, and you can have the sea view everyday with your breakfast and start your wonderful day.

It is located in the mountain near ammoundi bay, there are only few hotels located in this mountain side, you get the perfect view of sunset, but you need to walk a lot with lots stairs, but its worth it.

We were in a beautiful location at a walking distance from Thirasia. You could walk to supermarkets and a grocery shop...

Oia Mare Villas exceeded my expectations! The fine caldera views and attentive staff. The only downside, the steep stairs, required some effort, but the amazing sunsets made it all worthwhile.

Perfect setting - right out of the postcard. Although the walk is long and a bit steep it is definitely worth it all. The fresh crisp air in the morning and evening is truly pleasant. The scenery is breath taking.

Great view and great rooms and in the most peaceful bay. You feel part of a portrait. The service was just wonderful, breakfast until 11am but with the manager holding on until 12am for late awakeners! Priceless!
